Too often and for too long, tour operators in Asia have churned out standard tourism fare with barely a tweak in its content or approach over the years. If it sells then why change it right? Well, it is clear to us that niche areas become commercial in a relatively short space of time and, ultimately, the mass tourism approach detracts from the very experience and type of customer we at Asia Concierge, wish to encourage. Sights of particular historical importance and cultural standing will always remain a drawcard for visitors, but they needn’t be experienced in the same way.

At Asia Concierge our product range has been carefully researched, created, and vetted to address the challenges of over tourism and its impact, to improve both the customer experience as well as the social implications in destination.

This level of detail doesn’t come from being the new kids on the block but from living and breathing the destination for decades, together with a passion and drive to do good for our industry.

It’s the little things that count, or to elaborate, the detailed services that come from the heart and are built into our DNA. Below is a list of some of the Premier services that we provide when working with us :

  • Last minute in country travel arrangements when changes need to be made
  • Discretionary fast track service at all international airports with white glove service
  • Cash advance up to USD500 or as otherwise agreed
  • Local mobile phone SIM cards if required
  • Liaise with credit card companies if cards are lost, stolen or compromised
  • Lost luggage and immediate clothing replacement (beyond travel insurance)
  • Hotel management meet and greet on arrival
  • Discreet ‘in room’ hotel check in (applies at select hotels)
  • Private dinner arrangements with on site management service
  • Personal shopping arrangements and introductions to artists and/or business owners
  • Chartered arrangements of aircraft (both commercial and private jet), helicopters, private boats with customs and immigration clearances as required
